Do not use this app to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Always prioritize professional medical advice from your pediatrician over any suggestion provided by this app.
1. Use of AI Features
Our "Smart Insights" are generated by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). You acknowledge that:
- AI predictions may be inaccurate or "hallucinated."
- You should use your own judgment before following sleep schedules.
- We share anonymized data with Google Gemini solely for the purpose of generating these predictions.
2. Family Syncing & Privacy
By sharing your Invite Code, you grant that partner full access to view and edit your baby's sleep logs. You are responsible for keeping your Invite Code secure.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the "Partner Notes" feature to harass, abuse, or send illegal content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
