TinyRest ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and website.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we process the following data:

• Account Data: Email address and User ID (via Google Firebase Authentication).
• Child Data: Name (optional), Date of Birth (required for age-appropriate sleep calculations), and Gender.
• Usage Data: Sleep logs (start/end times), partner notes, and app interaction history.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the TinyRest service:

• Synchronization: To sync data in real-time between parents/caregivers.
• AI Analysis: We use Google Gemini AI to generate sleep predictions. Note: When requesting predictions, we send only the baby's age (in months) and anonymized sleep logs. We do NOT share your baby's name or your email address with the AI model.

3. Data Sharing (Third Parties)

We share specific data with third-party processors to function:

• Google Firebase: For secure data hosting and authentication.
• Google Gemini API: For processing sleep patterns (Anonymized data only).

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

5. Account & Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App (Instant)
Go to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This instantly removes your data from our servers.

Option 2: Web Request (If app is uninstalled)
If you have already removed the app, click the button below to request data deletion. We will verify your request and process it within 30 days.
